Professor Dr. Ashraf is a renowned pundit in the shariah finance industry whom brings over two decades of experience in the field in which he has been instrumental in pioneering innovative frameworks that bridge traditional Islamic finance with modern financial technology.

Prof. Dr. Ashraf holds various key positions in numerous shariah financial institution such as Chairman of Shariah Advisory Council in Bank Negara and Bursa Malaysia. Prof. Dr. Ashraf also sits as member of National Fatwa Council and member of Securities Commission’s Shariah Advisory Council.
