KUALA LUMPUR, 15 May 2026 – Koha Digital Holding Sdn. Bhd. (“KDH”) and Koha Islamic Digital (“KID”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mohamed Ridza & Co. Advocates and Solicitors (“MRCo”), marking a new collaboration to support the development of accessible, technology-enabled legacy planning solutions in Malaysia.

The collaboration brings together Koha’s digital legacy planning ecosystem with MRCo’s legal experience in areas including corporate advisory, Islamic finance, Shariah advisory, wealth management, fintech, compliance and technology. The MOU reflects a shared commitment to ensuring that innovation in legacy and estate planning is supported by strong legal insight, governance and professional expertise.
