Kuala Lumpur, 15 April 2025 – Koha Digital Holding and Koha Islamic Digital have successfully convened its 1st Board of Advisors’ Meeting on 15 April 2025.
The meeting was chaired by Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinuddin and in attendance with two other advisors, Datuk Wira Ahmad Nasfy and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Md. Hashim together with Board of Directors of the companies.
One of the objectives of the meeting is for the Board of Directors to present to the Board of Advisors on the performance of the two companies since its inception.
The two founders and the Chief Operating Officer of the companies presented to the Board of Advisors as to the corporate report showing the growth and the potential growth of the two companies.
Besides that, the meeting also achieved its aim when the Board of Advisors had provided with lots of insightful advices and guidance with the aim to bring Koha Digital Holding and Koha Islamic Digital into a greater and leading innovative provider for digital legacy planning.
The Board of Advisors to Koha Digital Holding and Koha Islamic Digital consist of former President Court of Appeal, Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinuddin, former Court of Appeal Judge, Datuk Wira Ahmad Nasfy, shariah finance pundit, Prof. Dr Ashraf and seasoned practising solicitor, Dato’ Tee Lian Eng.
