KUALA LUMPUR, JUNE 21, 2022 – Koha Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“Koha Digital”) and Overview Sdn. Bhd. (“Overview”) agreed to collaborate by signing a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) which took place at VE Hotel & Residence, Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, 21 June 2022. This MOU was signed by the Chairman of Koha Digital, Datuk Wira Mohd Hafarizam Harun and the Executive Director of Overview, Encik Asif Zamri Bin Zainol. The MOU is a form of mutual commitment in promoting each other’s products and services in which both companies provide digital platforms to its users.

Both Koha Digital and Overview are excited to pursue on this venture together. “I am pleased to collaborate with Overview in this MOU to further our commitment to encouraging people to plan their legacy digitally by using our online platform that is built on top of our blockchain. This partnership will further contribute to our growth and development and will benefit us both. Most importantly this could also help to lower the number of unclaimed assets in Malaysia which to date, has over RM90 billion worth of unclaimed assets, majority of which are held by the Malays.” says Datuk Wira Mohd Hafarizam Harun, Chairman of Koha Digital.
